	Arden House is an elegant detached property, ideal for large, and extended, family holidays in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, close to the Welsh Borders. Recently renovated, the property is light and spacious and boasts stone mullion windows, open fires and a games room.

	Interior



	This spacious self catering house has 7 bedrooms sleeping 12-15 people. Beautifully decorated Arden House exhibits stylish touches throughout and is thoughtfully designed with ample living space for all age groups. On the ground floor of this large house is the attractive spacious living room with squashy sofas and flat screen TV, featuring an open fire; a large country house style dining room with chandelier, both with stone mullion windows and wooden floors and a large modern fitted kitchen with ample cupboard space and a range cooker with an open dining area; also a utility room and a cloakroom/W.C. The first floor comprises 2 double bedrooms, one with dressing room, each with en suite bathroom/W.C., a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with pretty stained glass windows and full length curtains and a family bathroom/W.C. with bath and separate shower cubicle. Stairs lead up to the second floor which is thoughtfully designed for younger visitors comprising two single bedrooms, one with additional pull-out bed, and a bunk bedroom. The games room has a sofa-bed for up to 2 people with pool table, PlayStation®, table football and dartboard. Other facilities include an additional freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cot and highchair, barbecue, duvets with linen and towels. Electricity and full central heating are included and fuel for the open fire is available locally. Sorry but No Pets

	Please Note this property is terraced with several steps, so may not be suitable for everyone. Set off a main road, with parking for 6 cars, Arden House sits in a large garden with steps, sloping banks and patio, with barbeque and garden furniture.

	Shops are just 700 yards away and the house is conveniently positioned for visiting the historic town of Ludlow, one of the most picturesque towns in the area. Arden House is situated close to the Welsh Borders, where there is a wealth of walking and cycling to be enjoyed in the stunning countryside, with an abundance of wildlife to be spotted. One of the best ways to enjoy this area is along the renowned Offa’s Dyke, which runs past Montgomery - also well worth a visit. An easy drive leads to one of the most interesting places in the Severn Valley - Ironbridge Gorge, the collective name for a cluster of small villages huddled together close to the town of Telford.
