A self catering holiday cottage near Aberystwyth Mid Wales

A semi-detached traditional welsh cottage in the small village of Bont Goch in Mid Wales. Situated in a quiet country lane with lots of walks from the front door.

Ground floor:
A modern fitted kitchen with dining area, electric cooker, fridge and microwave.

There is a sitting room with open fire, storage heater and TV.

The utility room contains a washing machine and dishwasher. Ground floor bathroom.

First floor:
Two bedrooms - one with double bed and the other with a double and pair of bunk beds. Duvets and pillows supplied. Heaters in both rooms

Outside:
A good secure garden and there is parking in lane at the front of the cottage.

Lovely walking, birdwatching (Red Kite country) mountain biking etc. 15 minutes drive to long sandy beach and sand dunes at Borth/Ynaslas and 15 minutes to University town of Aberystwyth. Well maintained secure garden.
